University of Waterloo Undergraduate Requirements for Indian students
You would need to submit a Class 12th completion certificate, with a minimum 75% overall. The minimum Class 12th aggregate varies depending on which course you apply to. You'd also need to submit a minimum TOEFL-iBT score of 90 overall, with 25 in each section, OR an IELTS Academic score of 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in Reading and Listening.

University of Waterloo Graduate Requirements for Indian students
Indian students have to submit a bachelor's degree or its equivalent, with good academic scores. A Personal Statement and Letters of Recommendation are some other documents you'd need to provide, along with valid scores in either the GRE or GMAT, for some courses.
