Committed to helping develop tomorrow’s leaders, the Begabtenförderungswerk scholarship organisations provide financial and non-financial support to gifted students. The organisations are co-funded by the German Federal Government and are affiliated with different religious denominations or political parties, with trade unions, or with employers’ associations.

Who is eligible for funding? Particularly gifted German Catholic students and doctoral researchers (in their 2nd subject semester or beyond) of all disciplines. If certain conditions are met, the organisation also supports international students or doctoral researchers.
