If you are starting your course in 2026, we have a set of scholarships to support you in your studies.
You could be eligible for a YSJ Scholars Scholarship or for a further scholarship and support.

The York St John University Scholars set of scholarships is open to 4 groups of students.
This scholarship is £800 cash for each year of study. It is awarded after you have fully registered as a York St John University student.
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must identify as being in the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic population at registration. You must also show a residual family income of less than £42,000. This means your household income before tax and after any pension contributions or allowances for dependent children.
This assessment will be made as part of your student funding application. You will not need to provide any further information to us.
