Minimum English language test requirements for international applicants at Okanagan College:
- Academic Certificate, Diploma, & Degree Programs:
- IELTS Academic: Minimum overall score of 6.5 with no band below 6.0.
- TOEFL iBT: Minimum overall score of 79 (with minimum subscores: Reading 19, Listening 19, Speaking 18, Writing 18).
- PTE Academic: Minimum overall score of 58 (with no communicative skill below 58).
- Duolingo English Test (DET): Minimum score of 110.
- English as a Second Language (ESL): Applicants with lower proficiency scores can enroll in Okanagan College's English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program before beginning academic studies.
