Indian students seeking entry to a Master's degree programme at TU Ilmenau need to have completed a first university degree (Bachelor's degree) in the relevant field with at least 180 ECTS, equivalent to a German academic degree in a matching or closely related field. For entry to TU Ilmenau UG degree programmes, a recognized higher education entrance qualification equivalent to the German Abitur (such as a high school diploma/Class 12th completion certificate with a minimum 70% with a national university entrance exam or completion of a Studienkolleg).
